If you need assistance, please call our help line at 866-324-6135 and leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and the aid you need. A volunteer will call you back within 24 hours to get further information. Then, if you meet the criteria, you will be assigned to a case, and two other volunteers will call you within 24-36 hours to arrange a home visit to see if we can help.
